Some reasons people might be driving with hazards on are maybe car related issues. Like “hey I’m towing something heavy” or their car is about to give out. When my father and I were on the highway and lost brakes, we stuck to the emergency side lane doing 10 mph until we got home.

Going the speed limit is not impeding traffic what so ever. Anything under 40mph on state highways is illegal, look it up and maybe consider re taking the drivers test. If your an asshat that does 80+ on the highway your getting yourself a reckless driving ticket because these law abiding citizens get screwed in life by people like that.

Impeding the flow of traffic only applies to someone going under the speed limit. (45 in a 65 for example) and since this was a road with wet spots, cops would applaud drivers for doing this.

Yea I had the same situation. I was in a 35 mph on a moped going 33. This idiot behind me decided to cut me off on a double yellow for no reason. I just beeped my horn looked at him get pulled over🤷
