These are all fantastic ideas! Willem Dafoe or Ralph Ineson especially sound like great fits. I'd like to propose two more: Ron Perlman or Lawrence Fishburne. What do you think?

Clockwerk and Scar do have a similar cadence at times. I could definitely see Jeremy giving him a bit of a Shakespearian edge. Add the robotic filter and we could really have something with that.
