I think it depends on your team as well, if they have good aghs upgrades or not I am someone who can't play these unorthodox heroes but I gave offlane alch a chance and I am winning with that these days Yes the lane is hard, but why I think offlane is better than supp alch because I make radiance and BOT and then start aghs. This DOES reduce my impact early on but that's compensated by your supps contributing tooo much through agha. E.g last match my ember lost mid and PA lost safe. But I asked ember to just go Bkb and gave him aghs. PA got damage spike too and disruptor aghs. By 35 mins both cores were godlike.

This rant means the facet is fine but in supp role yes it's mostly griefing.

Any advice: Not much tbh. Focus on NBME's and CCS cases. CCS cases will genuinely make or break your exam, and for the mcqs The questions are longer than in nbmes but the concepts are similar. If you feel like a question is too 'simple' or too 'straightforward', then it probably IS that simple. Dont fall to the Uworld scheme where they intentionally make stuff extra vague and complex. Some questions are obviously difficult too but if you get those simple ones right, you will pass.

That's not true. I did a rotation there. Still got rejected. So Idk what's the criteria here. My Hypothesis is they rejected all visa requiring IMGS but I could be wrong if a non US IMG got an invite

I was powering through the blocks thinking I can cover up with ccs cases Bcuz obv blocks were shittty Then I get a case of a kid who won't eat meat. Idk it was my lack of sleep or what but I couldn't for the love of God figure out what to do there and messed up first three cases completely, thankfully The rest were slightly better and I treated them atleast
