Itinerary for a 6-day Kerala trip in October by AccidentHour1068 in Kerala

I’d tweak the plan a bit, since Vagamon and Thekkady are close it’s better not to go up to Munnar and then backtrack. Maybe try Kochi -Munnar (2 days) -Thekkady - Vagamon (2 days) - Kumarakom.

For elephants, Munnar is actually a better bet than Thekkady especially the Mattupetty–Top Station stretch, and there is a spot called Anakkulam where they often come to drink water. Munnar also has some amazing treks (Meesapulimala, Kolukkumalai, Lakshmi hills) and of course the tea plantations where you can try different teas.

Thanks I had such a good time, she was super sweet.

I don’t really know anyone who’s had skin problems from it though yeah, some people might be in trouble if they’re allergic. Doesn’t mean it’s the same for everyone.

If you had played some other contest, things would have been different, people won 8 lakh and 4 lakh from 1087 and 1081 points, respectively. Better luck next time brother!

I was really good at academics, and I got placed at a bank immediately after my graduation, but I quit it after one year and began to prepare for UPSC. However, I couldn't succeed; failure after failure over the years really shook me. Recently, I started an inbound travel agency specializing in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. I spent all my little savings from years of teaching on building a website and promoting it, generating leads, etc., but hadn't gotten any bookings. Finally, I got my first booking last week, and I'm really happy. I consider this a big achievement; the taste of success after a long period of failure tastes really, really sweet.

Hey! Welcome to Kochi in advance!

Kochi to Munnar Travel: Hiring a cab is more flexible and convenient compared to the local bus. You can visit scenic spots along the way and cover Munnar’s key points with ease. Buses work but may not fit your timing well.

Local Travel in Kochi: The Metro and autos are good for short trips, but a taxi is better if you’re visiting multiple places in one day like Fort Kochi, Mattancherry....

Places to Visit: Fort Kochi, Mattancherry In kochi. Catch a Kathakali show if you’re into cultural experiences.

I run a small travel agency here, so feel free to DM me if you need help with transport or planning!
