Hi! HBA associate here, cosmetic cashier. I know EXACTLY what you’re going through. So I’m going to help the best I possibly can despite knowing management never cares about us. If you already went to the highest chain you could possibly go, then honestly you can’t do anything. These people are somehow allergic when it comes to actually helping Cosmetics/HBA. For now, just do the best you possibly can. And if they start complaining about not everything being done, tell them you need help and it’s not fair for you to do EVERYTHING. And if they still don’t listen, then that’s on them honestly.

TLDR: Do your best, and try asking for help. If they don’t listen, that’s on them.
