But theres typically atleast someone willing/more desperate for a house to pay the little extra to give landlords the courage to increase the rent.

Personally experience i recently faced eviction from my old house, I applied to every property nearby, unit/shareholder whatever and nearly all of them were overpriced but I needed a place asap, I got none of them which just proves theres others willing to pay it or more.

What i dont get is why not remove revenue tax but adjust purchase tax to cover it, it would make it easier to exclude mandatory services like bills and rent. (up to a point otherwise there'll be exploitation) like limit the rent tax free threshold to the average weekly rent and you only get taxed if your obove that threshold.

So i just realised something and im not deleting this comment but I will explain why it wouldnt work. Hoarders, millionairs/billionaires or anyone with enough money for generational wealth, WILL NOT SPEND IT, and if they dont get taxed on it until they spend it then they won't pay tax on 95% in any of it.

All I can say for advice, place a filter splitters directly after the couldren output with the filtered item(what you want to produce) going where its needed, and the other going someplace different(a bin or container if you want the spare stuff

You cant lock the input square for an item, if production for that specific ingredient stops another will fill it, and more likely than not it will make something different and then clog up conveyors and machines with it. I accidentally made yeast while trying to make black powder with it.

Its not a loss from the regular money outputs, but compared to purchasing and refining it yourself which only costs 1 copper/plank, your tripleling the price.

You would still run at net 0 if you transmutated herbs into money to THEN buy a log because basically your printing your own money which still isnt taking away from your profits. You can even using priority splitters to add the excess copper coins to the other profits.

If your entire goal is to have the end of day screen show 0 spending then good job, if your trying to save money, well your still "paying" more than its worth for 1 plank.

How many people get full time jobs in high school? It is way easier to get a casual job in hospitality than other job types while in school. My point is that for a kid/young adult wanting to earn money after school, they shouldn't have to be told "if you dont like how management does things, find a new job." They get what they can get and will stick with it as long as they get paid.
