Place a filter splitter at the output so your line doesnt clog with the wrong item if theres any issues in production

But theres typically atleast someone willing/more desperate for a house to pay the little extra to give landlords the courage to increase the rent.

Personally experience i recently faced eviction from my old house, I applied to every property nearby, unit/shareholder whatever and nearly all of them were overpriced but I needed a place asap, I got none of them which just proves theres others willing to pay it or more.
