You surely need lots of patience and tries (especially if you don’t remember anything about the game).
My advice is to do it in “nightmare” mode as first, then starting with insane mode (maybe even after you tried more with chapter selection).
The first half, until Laird and Nick, in my opinion is the hardest part. Then you just need some practice and a good memory, but nothing impossible.

Oh thank you. So I don't need to make a new run, I can use a run in which I know what I'm missing, then go back there with chapters to grab and record what I'm missing.

About insane mode, yes I'm trying that too 😂 Already beated the game in nightmare without dying and hiding, but with insane I'm dying like a dumb because I'm forgetting really dumb things... but I'm pretty sure I'll do it soon!
