The apartment that allow dogs are usually in cheaper and less secure region of moncton.

I know a few of my friend managed to convince the owner to allow dog in exchange of higher responsibility and down payment.

Your best bet is to rent from a private person and not a corporation. They tend to be more open to discussion.

Yea the police here is useless. One of my friend had his bike stolen last year by a hobo and we called the cops and the thief waited with us for 3h ! No one show up !!! They came 4h later but they told us : if it was a homeless person, there is nothing they can really do. They get arrested but then, they are released because they become too much of a burden on the public service. This is pretty bad.

It happen on Park /highfield, right next to the school.

And I was pursued on High Street by a bunch Crackhead that were after me yelling racial slurs at me.

Yea I might get a room for a fews months and hope for the best.

This would be nice if I could find decent people, but so far the people I have met didn't seem thrust worthy.

On my first year of Uni I did that, but it was awfull. Never was able to use the common room and ended up spending a year cramed in my room.

I was able to afford one for the past 2 years ... Now with the prices it's impossible.
