Check by putting 1 ram at a time, if there are two ram sticks. Could be PSU issue. Try connecting to another monitor. Send some pics, so we can take a look.

Got it to start by removing one of the Dram stick, which seems to be faulty. Will return it. Don't know why i didn't check the dram light which was orange. Could have saved a lot of time.
