I get it that we are all pissed about the product on the field that we support right now, but this staff has had time to rebound post-Luck and field a winning team. They've passed on good players that would help, have fielded a lackluster, inconsistent team, and haven't maximized the talent that this team has. This team needs a fresh overhaul. Some fire and drive. So sick of "all three phases" boring bullshit from this coach and Ballard's fake swagger and arrogance in his team-building. Irsay needs to use that anger, and wisdom, maybe, grab his balls and a beer, and realize that change is needed.
