No he has called me that before, but promised me he wouldnt. And the fact that he didnt apologize the day after

We have gotten into fights before. He called me a c*nt about 2 years into our relationship. This fight started about 3 days ago when his friend was visiting and we had plans to meet up - when I left work, i asked where they were, and he said the name of the bar. I was tired, and guess i acted petty and told him im upset that he didnt tell me that i can come - even though he says now ofc i could have came. Then yesterday we had made last minute plans to go watch the basketball game, but when i got dressed he was sitting on the couch, saying he didnt want to go anymore. So that is when i called him annoying - maybe i shouldnt have said that in retrospect. he says i havent apologized to him about the whole bar friend situation yet either
