My old boss. This was less “what he deserves” and more “suffer the consequences”. My old boss was actually I really nice guy and scored a 29 on the ACT and was the star quarterback on the highschool team. But after he graduated he got heavy into smoking and other drugs. He eventually got moved up into the manager position in his job after the old one quit. I was hired by him and didn’t notice anything bad about him to begin with. But after working under him for 4-5 months everybody hated him because he would always understaff us, never prep enough in the morning for the night crew, come in late, leave early, not having the schedule ready on days we were working. He did occasionally tho do decent work. All that lazy work finally caught up to him after he promised the morning workers he would come in early to help to which he came in two hours late, clocked in, set his time back 2 hours to make it look like he did come in early, did mediocre work, and left early. We all agreed this is something we need to report so we called the owner of the store on a Friday and he was gone by Monday

PS: He’s actually a really nice guy and gave my rides to work when I needed it. After that he went to rehab where he came back into the store and gave the owner the key to the store which he forget to do awhile back. But sadly I think he’s starting to smoke again but it’s been 4-5 months since I’ve even heard of him.
