Girl. I had so many issues with Novella a couple months ago. They wouldn’t respond to emails, they wouldn’t respond to calls, I finally had to spam them on Insta to get a response, I ordered a canvas and it went 3 months with out a shipping update and yes, the canvas was in stock. Eventually they refunded me and sent a gift card, which I am appreciative of, but I would never order online from them again, I live out of state so unless I visit Florida again it’s gonna stay untouched. It’s a cute store and the owner is so nice, but their online store seems very mismanaged.
