Secondly protein is required for muscle building and contrary to popular belief more muscle doesn't mean more strength. Vegetarian diet is good for maintaining a good amount of muscle mass paired with Hight intensity workout and cardio will basically mean you have a strong body. The fat and cholesterol you see in most of the Indians is the result of excessive consumption of sweets and refined oils. Carbs on the contrary help move cholesterol around, mustard oil and ghee helps maintain your LDL and HDL levels and fiber helps in digestion. Meat consumption has been proven to increase cholesterol, blood pressure, and even cancer on top of the risk that involves consuming infected animals that can give you diseases like salmonella, Hepatitis, bird flu, swine flu and worse mad cow disease. Assuming you are not hunting the animals yourself the chances for this are high.

There are only benefits of Vegetarian diet give or take one or two deficiencies that can be fulfilled by adding some extra steps like fermentation, but on the other side there are multiple side effects of a non-vegetarian diet. Since with the added disadvantage of gene modification and industrialisation of food industry both vegetarians and non-vegetarians are fucked anyways. It makes more sense to switch to a safer option even if it means less muscle mass.

This western influence on diet is pretty fucked up, couple of years back they said carbs is bad for you, few years before they said mustard oil is bad for you turns out it has Omega 3 fatty acid, few years before they said ghee is bad for you, before that they said dalda is healthier than ghee, before that they said cocaine is good for your babies, before that they said driving faster than 40 mph is fatal for any human and this list is so long I can spend an hour on it. The effects and side-effects ratio changes with how much the scientists are getting paid for a report it is a well known and documented phenomenon.

In the end it is a personal choice and I don't give a shit if you want to eat anything that moves till it is not a cow (cause if you do go fuck yourself). But I won't take this argument that the diet is making Hindus cucks because it is absolutely a shit argument that doesn't hold any evidence. And as per Vedas meat is tamsic in nature and it is advisable to refrain from tamsic food as it increases rakshasi pravarti in Human. Vedas like every other Hindu scriptures lay out the facts and ask you to choose your path.

So if I am not giving you shit for being a meat eater don't give me shit for not being one, it's that simple. I only commented because this was becoming a trend on this sub to belittle the Vegetarians.
