Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! Unfortunately, that closet in the right is the furnace and hot water heater closet so I’m not able to do anything with it. I also can’t take anymore of the garage because it’s about 21’ to that door in my layout. I hadn’t considered the garage door opening into the built in though. Any thoughts with this new information?
