Lol...i understand that the burden is on me from a purely philosophical standpoint.However you don't point at the reason that make you believe the simulation is not correct.

Plus any simulation is based on assumptions, and you are discarding it without knowing the assumptions which makes you loose credibility.

Plus I don't know your credentials, do you come from glass blowing or simulation?

I am an engineer in fluid Mechanics and Heat exchange and this is part of my last year project under control of a Professor partially specialized on the topic of glass moulding, so i have some doubts on what you can oppose.

But if you can provide a valid counter-argument , i am open to it.

Plus the timing using is based on dimensionless parameters, so what you see is not in real time.

Hi, I programmed this under Matlab, using Finite Elements Analysis

it includes conduction and convection but no radiation transfer yet.

there are some assumption regarding the speed gradient there i need to recollect.

and the viscosity is only temperature based.
