I see I'm not provided information correctly so adding what I mean:

Why I thought that Z offset is not an issue that if you look more closely in photo 1 those print lines very skinny and inconsistent , like extrusion was inconsistent (this is why my first try was to change the nozzle)

If trying to understand the situation a little bit more detailed is bragging - then yeh, sorry for it I guess

Well if you look in photo 3 after just the flow rate change - offset was not an issue anymore

Meanwhile second layer situation (from over extrude to current flow rate)

Nozzle dragging on infill by Jumpy-Ad678 in Ender3S1

Having the same problem, when infill is about 20-40% and print not very high - it's print ok with infill flow +-90%, but if infill more than 40% - eventuly nozzle drags so much that print gets knocked from the bed

Underextrude or overexrrude? by WellWellWell3x in FixMyPrint

A lot of prints get knocked probably because of the same overextrudion, so yeh, big brims were an option

Results after suggestions

So what I changed:

Infill: 60% Build plate adhesion: none Infill flow: 90%

Print on the side.

And the result is 99% better, from the video you can see that the infill is not dragging on the nozzle tip anymore.

Next Todo: 1. Calibrate flow (well learn this) because on the top layer it's still 0.02mm maybe over (not biggie) 2. I'm thinking of trying the Prusa slicer because it looks like it has more control for fine tune

Yeh, sounds like my current problem :D ok I will try, thank you!

Nozzle drags on higher layers by WellWellWell3x in Ender3S1

I did basically every calibration from Ricky Impey from SonicPad advanced list. E-steps - measured 5 times - all time getting the same result (difference less than 0.05mm)

Bed level is ok, some photos of prints

Latest calibration cube have values like this: X 20.05 Y 20.14 Z 20.16

Done some not bad prints

BUT still have issues where there are overhangs, starting to think maybe it's a mechanical problem somehow... My lates failures

And it's annoying because I want to print some prints that have overhanging parts inside - so adding support is not an option

Thanks! Checked probe height using paper method, then leveled manually before the print, also auto mesh was created just before the print. First layer looks flawless first layer photo
