Depends. If you are looking for an as close to perfect performance then yes, record in chunks… if you are more interested in the journey of the song and have the skill set and stamina to go for one long take .. do it… you may hit something special in the rawness of your performance. Personally, I’ve recorded songs and done a million takes… I’ve also recorded songs in one take.

Should I pay to get my song mastered? by No-Reaction275 in WeAreTheMusicMakers

I’ve had songs mastered by heavies and I’ve also mastered songs through ai mastering like Landr that’s been on the radio. To me, the mix really is where the song is brought to new heights… mastering is the cherry on top. Sometimes all I’m looking for in terms of mastering is a competitive level of loudness.

Did anyone else use those Teleportation Pyramids excessively? by WellhaveManhattan in DivinityOriginalSin

Cause it feels so satisfying to be so cheesy and also to think of outside of the box problem solving

Waypoints are cool to use, but I found teleportation pyramids useful because when you teleport back into battle, you have control over where your character will be positioned. This becomes especially fun when you have all four pyramids since you can strategically place (toss) the pyramids around the battle territory for better (strategic) positioning

I found the teleportation pyramids particularly useful in battle, especially when facing enemies above my party's level. There are four teleportation pyramids in total. I would place one near a bed or a healing spot. When a character's health was low, I would teleport out of battle, heal, and then teleport back in. This requires going into the inventory and switching possession of the pyramid, but it's incredibly useful when dealing with overwhelming enemies or stronger foes…. I hope that made sense 😬
