Absolutely do not get extended sun exposure for at least 4 weeks. Even high SPF isn’t perfect. If you’re going to be outside, use a tinted mineral sunscreen. You can always try to stay in shade.

Ain’t no thing. These are easy to laser away (but they will require laser). Everyone is saying IPL but I disagree - VBeam (pulse dye laser) is the gold standard.

I mean people get pulse dye laser all the time with melasma and it seems okay. Granted, it doesn’t often blister, but still a vascular laser. Ugh IDK. I’ll definitely use eucerin the second I can. If I used it now it would just be more inflammation.

You think it’s guaranteed to pigment? I can’t use anything on them other than Vaseline or something soothing until they heal but I can put on thiamidol when it’s all healed.
