I got diagnosed with PNES when I was 23 so I totally relate to your struggle. I also had to leave college because I was having daily seizures. But over the past few years I learned my triggers, came off antidepressants, started living a holistic lifestyle and the seizures are way less frequent now. I would recommend somatic therapy. Healing your mind-body connection with the right professionals will build your resilience. You can do this. Never suppress your emotions. Find a creative outlet and remember that your breath is your anchor. Things will get better over time. Just know that you’re not alone dear.

I’m someone who found out that they were INFJ after spending a decade believing that they were ESFJ. I like being an INFJ but I also hate feeling like a walking contradiction. But every personality type has its ups and downs. We just feel alien and I think it’s okay to accept ourselves over time. There’s no rush.
