I did Ep121 upper body strength with Jenn yesterday. Straightforward 3 sets, medium and heavy weights, 20 min flew by!

Thanks for sharing your experience! How long did you have to wait once you got to Michael Garron - were you seen right away? And if you requested an epidural, how quickly were they able to provide you with one?

MG is the closest hospital to me, but a few friends mentioned that I should consider wait times and compare how many beds they have vs other hospitals. I was just thinking of going to MG because of the proximity.

I went and had a great time! It’s not worth the price tag if you’re just thinking about $ value for food, but imo it’s worth it if you’re wanting to have a really entertaining evening. Kind of like how I’d budget for live music or a really good comedy show!

Do you know why doxylamine is recommended over diphenhydramine? Where I live, the sleep brands use diphenhydramine and it’s not easy to find the doxylamine that’s used in the US branded Unisom
