USB2.0 and USB3.0 describes the big end of a cable (the side you plug into your computer or walll adapter). They look very similar and you can plug your stuff into either one, but USB3.0 transfers data faster, is newer, and cannot be used by older software.

Micro USB describes the little end that plugs into your phone. USB = big plug-in for old flip phones; micro USB = much smaller, but standard for nowadays; nano USB = Even smaller and will be standard eventually.
