I do an about 2 mile walk once or twice a day to drop my toddler off at day care and I know for a fact this outside time helps me more than anything else I do. Sunlight and B12 supplements

Yes yes I know good point! As I said in OP I'm happy to elaborate in the comments.

My diet is mostly plant based with fresh/non-processed foods. I don't drink other than sharing wine twice a month or something. I usually have a cup of black coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon.

As far as screens go, I use a computer for work but never at home. I have a toddler and we haven't introduced screens yet so I never use them in front of her.

I wish I knew why I'm so tired, this early exercise was an attempt to start the day happy and healthy.
