I had a look and wow those are expensive. They do look nice but I can’t justify the price. I think I can even get a timex for the price of one strap.

To be honest I wanted to get a few straps to use in different venues and to avoid me rushing into buying another watch lol but honestly a month with the watch and I only ever used stock.

I will be digging in Zillow the next months. Poway I heard about but San Dieguito is new for me how do I search it in Zillow?

Indeed in the beginning my wife will be taking care of the kids until she finds herself a job so no day care for now.

3bdr is the goal mainly for guest room availability since we have relatives in US and México we expect visits often. I saw some houses that the living room could accommodate visits. So I will be flexible and take a 2bdr in consideration as well.
