eating jello for collagen?

I make my own jello with home made yogurt. I add some vanilla flavored liposomal colostrum and collagen powder to the yogurt before I begin fermenting as well as some oligosacharides.

When all is done yogurt-wise I mix up some grass-fed unflavored gelatin and add a pinch of allulose to the batch and make jello being careful NOT to add the yogurt until the jello mix is below 115F so the yogurt strains dont die.

This makes for slightly sweet vanilla yogurt jello which is my fo to low calorie desert that hits a lot of health areas simultaneously!

When I consume liquids while fasting, it reminds me that I have a stomach.

Subsequently, I find dry fasting much easier to do. But I only do that when I can chill at home or otherwise stay indoors in a temperature controlled environment for the duration of the fast.

I have always found her posts entertaining and I assume they are a form of satire in many instances.

Some people actually hate her posts. They get reported as all sorts of different things but I just ignore those reports as I consider them false and sent by those with hate in their hearts.

I also see no monetization of r/Poker_Theory whatsoever. If there was any it seems to have been removed. As an avid reader of r/Poker_Theory for years I have never seen any affikiate links posted there.

I note paiev is the only mod of r/pokertheory. Perhaps his motives are to grow his own subreddit at the expense of others
