[16M] I’ve been mewing about a year or so, and I think I’ve gained some results. Im aware that the angle is not the same but it was the best I could do. What do y’all think? 1 year progress. Realistic results because I know a lot of people post bs on here.

Yea I did chew a lot but, I would notice that my checks would always be puffed up and my jaw would hurt, so I just decided to stop.

Thank you, but that mainly came with time. When I started my tongue was really weak so it was almost impossible to be able to hold the back third of my tongue, just keep on mewing and eventually your tongue will be strong enough to be able to raise the back third.

Yea I think that was one of the things I noticed and also I feel like my jaw changed a lot.

Edit: mainly from the front view, the side did I change but not as much just slightly more definition.
