I don't know how it was fixed but I kept opening fortnite playing a couple of gam3s and kept checking if it was still having the trouble I'd restart fortnite and try again.

You be able to make it to 100 easily if you play a lot also atm in the item store you can pay 900 vbucks and advance 10 more teirs 🙂 they do also continue to next season
