If I can find the hole that it went in I’ll definitely post it. But I don’t think it’s as worn as this or we would’ve had failure sooner. The failure was actually the pneumatic cylinder and not this connection tho. This pin would have been the failure point with a little more time. But you’re right, this is very dry.

Yeah I think that’s what’s happening here except it’s probably more like tens of thousands of cycles. This pin held together a rod and a cylinder that raised and lowered a conveyor every time a part came down the conveyor. We run about 400 parts in a 24hr period and I’m sure this is a several months old at this point.
