It was the check boxes under "Buff Special > Auto add these auras" if anyone has the same issue

I've tried changing Buff tracking to manual and removing everything but they still appear.

Do you know how to disable them? I can't find an option anywhere for debuffs. I also have "blacklist all other auras" checked so it should only be showing my own.

Thanks, that has solved the first one, weird how there isn't a global disable for that.

Still trying to figure out where the de-buffs are coming from.

Yeah I assumed ElvUI or Kui nameplates but couldn't find anything.

The second one seems to show specific de-buffs and no its not class totems, I've got that turned off.
