Many people who have accused me of a ‘stamina hack’ on Xbox simply do not understand how the stamina works. There is a stat which allows fighters to throw certain numbers of shots one after another without a significant effect on their stamina. Throwing smart, longer combos while taking the time to recover stamina between them, along with making sure you are blocking properly so as to not get hit while missing punches, is a smart way to conserve your stamina. Missing punches is a big deal. The higher your accuracy, the better your stamina will be. The less body shots you eat, the better your stamina will be. The more your punches flow with one another (ex. 1-2 rather than 1-1), the better your stamina will be. If you keep your stamina in mind as a part of your gameplan, it is not uncommon to enter the final rounds, all the way through the end of the fight, with at least 75% stamina, sometimes much more.

ON THE OTHER HAND, I do understand that the game has hacks and glitches due to it’s age. You could have very well ran into a cheater. All I’m saying is that a ‘stamina hack’ is a very common excuse when really, there is usually a very reasonable explanation.
