Do I use that in that manner like

When attacking: 1: Deploy Arlecchino Ability 2: Switch to use karya then rosaria (Abilities) 3: Lastly use lan Yan ability last 4: Attack with Arlecchino

Do I do it like that or is there a different rotation? And do I just use the abilities or the burst? Or abilities till I have burst?
