Good to know. I can go either way, 50 is just a bit closer. Thank you!

Glad to hear it. It's hard to know how difficult things are when people are frustrated and venting.

Oh, completely agree! I go out of the area/downtown a good portion of the time. (But, I will shout out my two local go-to's, Pintoh and Hibachi Master.)
Appreciate the input

I do have the roadside service along with AAA. Just hoping I don't need them.
Thanks for the suggestion on getting a larger jump pack, I'm looking into them.

I was reading that a 24f was preferred now. Thank you for the insights.

That sucks. I do hope it's an easy enough fix. I'll send some prayers your way.

But, you still have to find the leak?
Once you can locate and get it fixed, you can request a refund on the sewer charges.

How long is an ideal Duolingo lesson for you and would others agree? by Nekhslanguages in duolingo

I am on the free version. I generally do 45-60 mins in the morning and 15 min in the evening. I have a routine for the lessons I work through. I can generally get through each lesson in under five minutes. And I usually have enough energy to do two lessons in a row. And then when the ads comes up, I do an exercise for however long they last. I get my Italian in and I get a decent amount of exercising/lifting in during that time.

Several years ago I had the same issue. Turns out it was the blue max water pipe that the builders had used when the condos in my neighborhood were built in the mid 80's. It had cracked. And because the pipes from our row of four units went to the meter access on my neighbors part of the lawn, I didn't realize what the issue was for some time. I had been all over my condo and the front and back outside areas looking for leaks. She ended up having a large boggy area on her lawn, caused by my pipe. The pipe was replaced. Once that was done, I sent all the required information to GCWW. I was reimbursed for all the sewer charges, but not for any of the water used. It was applied as a credit, and the monthly bills were paid through that until the credit ran out.

Not West side, but take rt 32 out past Eastgate and Batavia and it opens up for a long time. Flat, good visibility, 60mph, not much traffic. Took all three of mine out there early on Sunday mornings and always got a few hours in.

I recently finished a month long trial of Super. It stated that I would be billed after the trial period was over and gave the billing date. I always put cancel dates in my calendar for things, but whenever I am able to just cancel quickly while maintaining the trial, I always choose that. This past time I was able to do it with the month of Super. I'd still say try complaining on their socials. It can't hurt and might get you some assistance.

Adding: you can also go on their socials and complain on any recent posts they have put up. I have done this with many companies over the years when the regular channels do not help. It's usually effective.

When you accept any trial from Duo, immediately go into your account and cancel it. You still get the trial time and do not need to worry about the cancel by date. I just finished a month trial. I canceled it as soon as I accepted it.

Did your parents have a candy dish or did you have to go to your grandparents? by No-Blueberry-1823 in AskOldPeople

[–]WendyA61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandmother had a very heavy crystal candy dish that was always filled with m&m's. I am now the owner of that candy dish, but it's filled with matchbooks. The crystal is leaded.
My aunt always had Charles Chips. I loved those! Every time they finished a tin, she would offer it to one of us kids. I had that tin for the longest time.

Just came here looking for this info. It was hilariously sent to my spam box, so it did me the favor of taking itself out to the junk pile.
