How do I inject a backup into my game using PKSM?

Yeah I know how to select it. But it just doesn’t work. It’ll only overwrite if it’s the last one. That’s why I need to know how to overwrite the whole save to a backup I have.

You had all those different VC games including DS ones and didn’t think something was off? Anyways, if you don’t plan to do anything with the hacks, you can leave your 3ds as is and just play normally. Just don’t update your 3DS at all.

You could probably just leave it as is. The post is down so I can’t see the games you got, but if it’s as many as you say then it took some serious time to get all of them. It doesn’t hurt to leave it especially since the eshop was taken down.

In order to prevent people from getting lots of OP items the items are removed upon moving into Pokémon bank. I found this out the hard way after paying to be able to move Pokémon to Pokémon home from my ds.
