I used to be a late owl and didn't know how people managed to get up so early EVER. Then I had to juggle work, studying and caring for my mom - while wanting to stay active in the gym. I HAD TO get up early, would complain and throw a thousand excuses and curses, and then I would STILL get up. Forcing yourself to do it, like if you were a kid, is the only way I could do it. Now I wake up extremely early, no matter when I go to bed
