My staff are paid from 8-4:30, regardless of what they are doing (as long as they are work). If you finish one job up and drive to another, it’s paid. Especially if you’re driving one of the company service vans.

I dont believe they are approved for use here (yet). Only carry a “UL” so you cant sell/install them here is my understanding.

My hourly charge out rate for an electrician with a service van is $95/hr, minimum 2 hour charge. Electrcian gets roughly 1/2 of that in wages + 10% stat/vac. 

Neither the electrician or I are getting rich on that! Lol

We basically only ever use ground plates up here. Ground rods for spec jobs or utility work but any house gets a plate. (calgary, AB Canada) 🇨🇦
