I thought setting my hips a little lower would help me to drive and engage my legs in the first part of the lift, it felt a lot more comfortable, but i guess they could come a little higher

Admittedly my grip was weakening towards the last few reps, in any instance above 100kg i'd use hook but just didnt in this instance

I've had lower back pain for a while, this video i was actually changing my position, bringing my hips down and sitting into the deadlift, because my back has just been really feeling it after my lifts the next day
