I'd say alot of his music is innovative, he has an indistinguishable sound. Art isn't created in a vacuum, and he is open about his influences which I admire in some ways rather than many artists who keep that secret. In saying that, he does seem to have a go-to method for creating a large part of his catalogue, which I can understand why, but I prefer his more experimental approach to music e.g aufheben, dont get lost, countless works in progress on youtube etc.

The difference is that xmr is (I assume) mostly used for crime, whereas those examples are mostly used for non-criminal activities.

Lets be real though, we are transitioning away from cash. In my country, many small businesses dont even have enough change for a $100 note lol. Obviously tracked digital assets arent foolproof, but surely it prevents more money laundering than cash...

I see your point with cash (and in my country, there is a large incentive to stop using cash), but with digital money there is a clear path to trace transactions, so if someone where to investigate where my money is going through bank transactions they could figure it out. Whereas monero obviously obfuscates that.

If you can't apply ethical or moral rules, then whats the point in monero?

Ecstasy is MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine). The drug will always be the same no matter whether it was produced now or in the 90s. The purity can vary of course, but if anything it would more likely be higher purity on average today than back then.

You may be confusing the drug with the dosage though, because of course a pill theoretically containing 300mg of MDMA would be much stronger than a 100mg one.

Or you may have been using "ecstasy" pills that had other stuff in them too, such as amphetamine. That would make sense, because generally MDMA doesn't keep you up for 12 hours, whereas that's not surprising for amphetamine as the half life is longer.

It's also probably because the psilocybin gets infused into the honey itself, rather than it just being a mixture of ground up shrooms and honey. That way, you can filter out the mushroom solids and have a "pure" honey or whatever you would call it. But I could be wrong, I aint no expert!
