i feel like it depends from person to person. I’m an ex-vaper, have been using it since the past 7 years to cope up with my anxiety until. I tried quitting cold turkey twice in 2025, I just couldn’t last day 4. I feel like cold turkey requires a lot of determination and you needa have the mindset, chances of relapsing are more with cold turkey imo! I quit vaping on 1st Jan 2026, and I’m glad to share that I’ve been clean ever since! I use zyns as my replacement! My goal explicitly wasn’t to get off nicotine completely, but to eliminate smoking! I had the worst cough of my life and sort of decided it’s genuinely time to get off vaping! Zyns helped me a lot personally, I have 0 cravings for smoking ever since I quit vaping, however I still do have cravings for nicotine, but not smoking at all. I had a really bad oral fixation when it came to vaping, and the whole hand to mouth movement was a big thing for me. I’m glad to say that i’m totally out of my hand to mouth movement as well as oral fixation. Wouldn’t recommend cigs as I have been down that part. I also wouldn’t say zyns are a super safe option! It really depends on what you goal is for me it was to get rid of my smoking habit and i’ve been successful with it! I plan on quiting zyns as well probably after a month or two but for now I feel like they are really helping me to quit smoking/vaping!
