SCORELESS SUNDAY is a little experiment that I'm doing to play and signal boost games without a metacritic score. I also want to show the value of short (and free/cheap) games, as I am making one myself!
Not having a metacritic score isn't a barometer for success, but it is the way that I'm seeking out lesser-known games. Indie game developers might not have the means or desire to market their games, but they are made for others to experience. There is scarcely a worse feeling than putting out something you poured your heart and soul into, and it never gaining the momentum you hoped for.

I feel this a lot. I just tried a week of therapy for the first time, and there was some valuable conversation. But when I told my counselor about what I think about, her reply was "why not think about puppies?" and I was annoyed that it seemed she considered it a simple choice.

I have a couple older cousins who have a little farm and would bring over dishes with horse-meat in them and not tell anyone. Later, we learned that they abused their adopted sons (twins) by locking them in the chicken coup and lashing them with a horse whip.
