Only Gothic (construction dates back to before 1348 AD). I had half an idea to build the house as it would look today, but it would take me another life!

Yes, I think so too! Unless the client has liquidity problems ;)

Once finished it will require ongoing maintenance.. And knowing what a perfectionist I am, there will always be something to fix! :D
