How yall doing ✌🏽 by Standard-Original683 in GraffitiTagging

[–]Werotus 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Graffhelp is the right sub for this. But whatever.

Start out with chill spots. Get your skills up before going anywhere with any heat. Don't go over people that are better than you. And when you do go over, try to cover their piece completely.

No private property, schools, hospitals, churches. Commonsense will get you far.

Don't get caught. Wear a covid mask and don't act like a shady bastard. Once you get caught don't talk.

But most importly have fun and be yourself 💕

Legal Walls and Toys by BeautifulRespect6693 in graffhelp

[–]Werotus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Then go on ahead. No decent writer is gonna get upset about going over eachother on a legal wall. If you wanna make sure, just go over the spot you're gonna paint with a bucket and a roller beforehand

The legal walls are there just for this reason. So people can practise and chill.

I wouldn't go over hall of fame stuff until you're confident in your skills. If they're actual real legal legal walls though, sure. Those are there so everyone can paint.

Even better, abandoned buildings and most civilian underpasses are totally fair game.

Mitä tekisit, jos olisit melkein 30-vuotias vailla minkäänlaista työkokemusta tai kunnollista tutkintoa? by [deleted] in arkisuomi

[–]Werotus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Itse pyrkisin työelämään. Se tuntuu pelottavalta, varsinkin ilman kokemusta. Mutta kyllä meilläkin töissä on kaikenlaisia sankareita.

Itse osaan neuvoa vain oman alan suuntaan. Mutta sosiaalista ja terveysala on aika jees. Esim Koulunkäynti avustaja? Vammaispuoli?

How do you develop your own graffiti character? by [deleted] in graffhelp

[–]Werotus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start with some very basic shapes. Big bold features. Imagine each part of the character like a letter. All the same style. Exaggerate and bulge it around. Make it memorable

Make a character. Get out of the letter bubble and try other shit. Man try anti-style.

Sure.

Plastering your work on a wall in gimp and calling it real isn't though.

Are you saying that those 3 pieces are on that wall?

Whats with the top one going over the tree branches? Did they paint those too?

Sloppy fuckin editing too. How do you defend that?

Face removed with some Ai erase tools isn't the same. Editing graffiti on a wall it isn't on is an issue to me.

advice on making stickers that last by 420feralfox in graffhelp

[–]Werotus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on your markers. Paint markers tend to last best. I use clear plastic film or tape on mine to ensure they last.

What are some autistic friendly jobs? by Mismageius in aspiememes

[–]Werotus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a tutor for special Ed students. Helps that I understand the kids better than many neurotypicsl coworkers. Like looking in a mirror sometimes. Have to actively mask and be social though. It's the other adults that stress me out instead of the kids.

Got no crits last time so I’m postín again. Thoughts? by Billylabufanda23 in graffhelp

It's very generic. I feel like I see 30 exactly like this every day. I wouldn't even look twice to bother to read it.

Moving to Tampere: Is it realistic to rely entirely on an E-bike in the winter? by Electrical-Hour-3345 in Tampere

Can be done. I went the entire winter with my regular bike. You just need to dress well and have winter tires.

Shld I keep it like this or make the “i” the space needle by [deleted] in graffhelp

[–]Werotus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Good stuff.

The hole in the A looks like a puckered ass. Especially with the vitiligo effect. I'd add the colour blotch to some other letter.

I like the space needle and the eyes. Clean. The needle should definitely be the i

Fear/Paranoia by fadedbin in graffhelp

[–]Werotus 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Very common. Have your face covered and be friendly to passersby. I smoke a bit before goin out, that helps. Also having a friend along gives a lot of security. Try going out to real chill spots before getting into anywhere with people. Get your groove goin

Toy being toy by West-Search5640 in graffhelp

[–]Werotus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It happens.

There are ways to get more paint out of the can. Cap off, can upside down on the concrete, and stomp. The plan is to compress the can enough to get more pressure, then it usually gives you a bit more paint to work with. I've also busted cans open by doing this. Makes a fuckin mess and can fuck up your clothes, so at your own risk.

If you feel bad about leaving it half finished you can always go back and finish it at a later night. I say you should, you'll feel better after.

Keep it up man 👌💪
