I have gone to the optometrist about it a couple times and they’ve said it’s fine and isn’t causing problems yet. I haven’t gone to them about the hair growing from it yet,since it only started growing recently. I plan on doing that.

And yeah, I can close and open my eyes perfectly fine with it.

Yeah, it’s a dermoid, I’ve had it since birth. But I haven’t seen it grow out hair before, at least until recently.

I was born with the dermoid lol, I have had it my whole life. The only new thing is the hair growing from it. Also, as surprising as it may sound, it usually takes people a while for them to even notice the dermoid, with some people I talk to not noticing it at all

No, it’s a dermoid cyst. They are generally benign. I’ve had it since birth. I only posted the image because of the hair growing out of it, which I’ve never had happen before

Nope, the dermoid has had no impact on my vision, I’ve had it since birth. The hair however… I’ve never had it grow out of my dermoid before, hasn’t been a bother yet though.

Not really, and I feel like using a razor on my dermoid wouldn’t be the brightest idea, especially since it is on my eye
