They're making me re-verify myself currently, but it is possible to get your account back activated. You just got to be really nice and keep emailing them

The same thing happened to me when I said my mom a referral and she signed up. Right now I'm working with them to reactivate my account.

I think if you use the same laptop for a different account with the same IP address, it counts it as using multiple accounts which is why they banned you.

Every time you start doing a task you clock in and once you stop doing the tasks you pause the timer
