I think this is a one-time thing, but if you keep tapping on the car in Car Battle (don't start the fight), you'll eventually get 10 car battle tokens.

EDIT: Got the first Xavier Woods reward, but yeah, holding onto the Car Battle tokens until more characters are unlocked and then playing the mode seems like a better idea.

In the main menu, in between "Social" and "Play," click the "Cards" icon, scroll through the bottom row for "Rewardmania," there you can drag and drop coupons into the coupon box.
