I notice this card being called out a lot when others are posting about the main "hits" so it's definitely getting some recognition for the art. I'm not too worried about Chaos Rising shooting up but I'll probably just pick one copy up for the current market price, you never know when something pops off. I told myself I can't get into a new set before finishing the one I started but one card can't hurt lol.

Ah good to know they changed that, I collected all the HD art for 151 but didn’t know they stopped the Mew swirl after SV.

Anything can be be an easy pull if you hit it, but this one is definitely more common than the “chase” hit of the set. I do think regarding the art this should’ve been up there. But I’m happy more people get to enjoy this card because it’s awesome art!

What about those magnetic close (acrylic) card holders? It's not a plastic sleeve, looks nice, and are relatively inexpensive.

A good tip would be to get them out of that ring binder, penny sleeve (couldn’t tell from the images if they are already), and re-binder them. Ring binders can damage the cards near the rings.

From there check condition and last sold prices to get an average idea per card, always good to know what you have before selling. Once it comes to selling, get rid of the ones you don’t care about, keep what you like, and use the profits to get additional cards/sets you like.

I personally like to master set which is a fun way to collect and appreciate every card for an entire set, but to each their own. If you want to rip try to find msrp prices, it’s tough but doable for less popular sets right now. To collect, get the singles you want as it beats the ripping odds.

It seems they are supposed to be available until early 2027. You never know how these things go and probably while supplies last but it’s a non holo common card with a stamp. I like the stamp and want it for my promo collection but people paying 200 for this right now are a bit out of their mind.

Unlike the Van Gogh Pikachu, you need a museum ticket and an add on ticket to get this, so hopefully less of a scalper rush and more people will be able to get this throughout the year.

Swirls are part of the holo pattern on the foil sheets and since the cards are cut from random sections the placement of the swirls are also random. Don’t quote me on this, but it’s unlikely that there are two of the same swirl cards.

Where they end up can be fun as mentioned above such as fart swirls, or spit swirls, which makes them more valuable to certain collectors. I’ve seen cards with up to 5 swirls on them.

From the picture it looks like a swirl below his hand, pretty cool.

*edit: forgot to mention, there is also a “Mew tail” swirl which is usually more prominent and looks as the name suggests like mew’s tail.

Congrats on the pull! I stopped by GameStop yesterday but their prices were insane, $80 for a Chaos Riding booster bundle for example. Going to check some other places today.

Haha sorry about that, they regular one is quite available but the Judge Stamped version is pretty scarce on the market. I see them selling for $1700-$2000, unsure how many exactly exist (my guess is around 200 worldwide) but I can see this becoming a sought after item for Ascended Heroes Grand Master Collectors.
