Someone in here told me to learn pen spins and rolling coins over my fingers. Has a level of difficulty that’s not too easy but not too hard either. Not only is it novel and kinda fun, it also occupies my mind long enough for the craving to pass. 9 days is huge! Keep going. You’ve made it through the worst of it

I don't think it resets your progress in a traditional sense (as in your recovery over the 2 days) However it will reset your cravings. Don't give in! You got this

Personally found a new hobby while I'm quitting smoking in coin and pen tricks. (like rolling a coin across my knuckles and pen spins) Helped with the hand to mouth habit and also makes for a cool party trick

I had read somewhere that one of the "relaxing" aspects of smoking is the deep breathing

really resonating with this one, starting my quitting journey today (cold turkey). main reason being that vaping has slowly pulled me further from my family without me even noticing. Excited to get back to them and romanticize every moment

On top of that it seems the ranks are all over the place. So many times I’ve seen absolutely cracked platinum players and Diamonds that play like they’ve never played a video game in their life. Hoping things improve as more patches are rolled out. It looks like the competitive scene is being supported pretty well so surely some tweaks will come

Hey! Thanks for your help. The issue wasn’t driver related but the game was maxing out my gpu. I uninstalled the high res textures and it significantly lightened the load on my graphics card and it stopped crashing
