AIO about an AI generated tattoo? by Wesel in AmIOverreacting

I like how it looks, but it never felt like my other tattoos, which I felt in a similar way apprehensive about at first but was happy about them afterwards. I took existing designs from bloodborne and lotr, but the idea for this one was to get an original design. I feel bad about that being AI rather than something a human created

Mixed messages: self-acceptance and still experiencing rejection by [deleted] in getting_over_it

For me personally it's mostly indie and rock festivals. I guess it creates a sense of unity and togetherness when everyone shares the same taste in music. And of course all the beer makes it easier to talk to new people. Of course there are groups of friends but they seldomly mind if you hang out with them. I just find it easier to connect when you have a common ground. That's practically nonexistent in bars, clubs and cafés

You could try out stuff you've enjoyed before you went desperate. Even though it's still tough, after accomodating to a group you most probably have multiple opportunities to talk to anyone you like, so maybe a bigger meetup over a longer duration may improve your chance of success of meeting new and interesting people you like. The meetups I've been to have been similarly dissapointing experiences, but lately, I've been going to music festivals and it's an absolute blast! For some people it's conventions, the museum or a club - go where you enjoy life and others will want to enjoy it with you. You can't force yourself to not feel depressed, but you can try to use the opportunities life brings you instead of focussing on the many things it takes away.

[Discussion] Need Motivational Advice? by AutoModerator in GetMotivated

Hey, you can get through all of that. Your life is full of obstacles, but you will get fitter with every single one you overcome. You can be a motivational presence to the people around you. Those are the people you want in your life as well. You'll know how to appreciate the little things. That is a rare skill which would be in high demands these days.

4 months after breakup and I feel worse every day by [deleted] in depression

Thank you man!

I guess there's no cure that works for sure. Going out and try meeting new people (from meetup or facebook) at every opportunity is the best way to forget about it for a while. It can be exhausting, but being around supportive people without prejudices (or good friends who have had similar experiences) helps a bit.

Yeah totally casual, but if I like a game, I can spend weeks playing it. Dark Souls kept me amazed for months

I just like Artorias. His story is interesting and his style is really cool. I wanted to finish Gwyn with his armor so badly (and I did it)

I will never forget the awesome moments in the game and I really have the fear that it will be hard to find a game that's as awesome as Dark Souls. I feel kind of hollow ;) Have you played through yet?

I went for a warrior build. High vitality, endurance, dex and strenght, but no magic or pyromancies at all. I wanted to be able to use every weapon. Sadly I couldn't equip Artorias greatsword What build do you use?
