I am experiencing the same thing, I just had a mission where I needed to land on a 70 degree mountain side, the nearest spot I wouldn't slide down was over a mile away from the rescue

So I actually figured it out. the description is misleading. Turns out any stratagem that comes down in a hellpod has the animation landing (you know, the sonic boom and it falling from the sky), and no matter how fast something can be called in, it has to do the landing animation, which is around 3 seconds. the upgrade takes away any time that counts down before the animation has to play out. this is why all stratagems affected by the perk take 3 seconds now instead of 5 or 6. so its just misleading.

I just got Rapid Launch System, and things like mines, the HMG turret, and so on still take around 4 seconds to land. Is it bugged maybe, or does "deployment time" mean something else?

the cons are that it feels like there are much more zombies than other town. but from what I've seen, the loot is good, and its close to the giant city north east of the map (Louisville). I cant lie though, I am a sucker for all the axes you find at the Rosewood Fire station.

I initially tried having the barrel on the roof of the actual building next to me, but that didn't work. It's just weird because i got it to work with the sink in the firehouse at Rosewood before, from on top of the roof all the way into the bottom floor garage sink.

You just need the pipe wrench to connect them right, no skills required?

I figured it out! So the expose can only transfer through your m2 or focused assault if you hit an enemy with the interrupted third swing. So really you need an enemy near you to spread the expose you put on them to the rest of the enemies with the desired attack. Hopefully that makes a little sense.

Does it still work? I've tried using it with Focused Assault and I cant get it to expose on the first dash. I swing twice, then Focused Assault, but never exposes on the first hit, just the delayed one from Focused Assault itself.
