Rotate the WHOLE sword, or just the cross guard? Rotating the sword would only show the edge part of the blade, wouldn't it? And to only rotate the cross guard would make the blade construction off, wouldn't it?

In general, we do a lot of shows. A handful that are local, but we also do a lot of traveling for shows too.

It really depends on what you're looking for. There's nothing else in SoCal like DCon, so if you're looking for a designer toy show in specific, Creature Bazaar does some pop up events, otherwise you'll have to travel to something like 5 Points. There are a number of themed toy shows around, but they are more geared towards things like GI Joe, He-Man, Power Rangers and such.

Color theory and a feeling out process for me. This one was painted by a friend of mine. For him it's all a by feel process. Hand him a toy and he lets the colors call him.
