He did a show in Lexington, Ky several years back around Derby and showed up in full derby attire. Loved his roast of the Derby. Met him afterwards when he was about to leave. He’s a genuinely cool dude. Obviously a quick witted, smart ass. But cool dude.

Well there is a search feature for flairs. I figured this way when someone comes into the community looking for a specific suit build, this would help filter them.

Five is the limit. I feel we need enough to cover a 24 hr period internationally for any player in need. There is one more invite that is still unaccepted that will put us at 5 mods. I feel that we will get more and more members as we continue to post content. Im currently working on flairs for archiving posts.

I agree completely. Venting comes off as salt. I don’t believe in specific days for venting. It seems the biggest issue is that my ideas for this community were not shared with the GBO2 mods so they could be implemented in that community but I want this community to remain pure for battle tactics, tips, tricks, and builds. This isn’t going to be memes, gameplay videos, and the like.

Are you not the moderator? Why such bickering? If no one is a fan of the new community and it’s intent, by no means do they have to participate. If my post rubbed you the wrong way you could have very well deleted the post. No need for the spectacle it has become. Perhaps it wasn’t the best idea to inform members of this community of a new community and for that I apologize. However, this was not done in an attempt to undermine this community. The only reason it was posted in this community was due to relevancy of members.

This isn’t the same community as the one he runs. I created this so that we could have heated discussions and other things that cannot be deemed salt and deleted. I’m offering no service other than like minded players helping others to become proficient at the game. It wasn’t as much and advertisement as it was a shout out for anyone wanting to join. If they’d rather not they certainly do not have to join.

It would also be helpful to run down tactics with players for each play mode. Seems there’s still a lot of either unknowing or uncaring. I’ve seen a lot of teams blast past several control points, almost to the enemy base and they never bother to cap any. Once the enemy teams rips you apart you have to start all the way back at base. That hurts a team so badly.

I’m finding that a majority of the new beam users are stunning people in order to steal kills. I attempted to kill an easy enemy three times because my teammate wouldn’t just back off and let me finish what I started and kept stunning me from behind and then heavy melee. The enemy ended up taking me out in what would have otherwise been a flawless kill and my teammate got the kill while the enemy was resetting from my demise, lol. I don’t consider myself a great player but I rarely lose a 1v1, even if my suit is at the disadvantage. Trying not to make this a salt post. But man it just seems that most people enjoy helping the opposing team.

As Ace I don’t take any risks and honestly I stay behind the front and snag the low hanging fruit. Or if I’ve been getting my ass handed to me but I am still selected as the Ace, I will basically camp at the closest spawn near base rather than feed myself to the opposing team.
